All products sold on Oh Cha Matcha are consumable goods or accessories. Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective item.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photo proof.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Change of mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
